Where We're Headed
Additional Residential Homes
We are working toward opening additional licensed residential homes in the Fort Wayne area to serve more youth and reduce placement gaps across northeast Indiana. Each new home will carry the same trauma-responsive standards and staffing model as our flagship location.
On-Site Therapeutic Services
Our vision includes embedding licensed therapists and behavioral health clinicians directly into our residential model — eliminating transportation barriers and ensuring youth receive consistent, relationship-based mental health support without leaving the home environment.
ReViv'd Academy Expansion
We are developing a full-day educational program through ReViv'd Life Academy that will offer credit recovery, vocational training, and post-secondary preparation — meeting youth where they are academically and building a bridge to independence.
Independent Living Program
For youth aging out of care, we are building a structured transitional living program that provides supervised independence, life-skills coaching, employment support, and community connection — so no young person leaves our care without a plan.
Family Reunification Services
Sustainable outcomes require family healing. We are developing structured family engagement programming — including parent coaching, supervised visitation support, and reunification planning — to strengthen the relationships that matter most to the youth we serve.
Community Partnership Network
We are actively building relationships with local churches, businesses, mentorship organizations, and civic leaders in Fort Wayne to create a web of community support that surrounds our youth long after they leave our care.
Stronger Together
We believe no single organization can meet every need. ReViv'd Residential is committed to building a collaborative ecosystem of care — partnering with agencies, healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations who share our commitment to youth.
Child Welfare Agencies
We work closely with DCS and private child-placing agencies to ensure seamless referrals, coordinated care planning, and transparent communication throughout every placement.
Healthcare Providers
Through ReViv'd Health, we partner with pediatric providers, behavioral health clinicians, and specialty care teams to ensure every youth's medical and mental health needs are addressed.
Schools & Educators
We collaborate with local school districts and educational advocates to maintain enrollment, support IEPs, and ensure academic continuity for every youth in our care.
Faith & Civic Organizations
Local churches, mentorship programs, and civic groups are essential partners in building the community connections that help youth feel rooted, valued, and supported.
