Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, Certified
ReViv'd Residential was founded by A. Brown, an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP-C) whose clinical scope includes adolescents ages 12 and older. With extensive experience in healthcare leadership, nursing operations, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and home- and community-based care, she brings a rare combination of clinical expertise and operational excellence to residential care.
Her vision for ReViv'd Residential grew from years of witnessing gaps in how youth in residential settings receive — or fail to receive — adequate healthcare coordination. She set out to build something different: a program where clinical oversight isn't an afterthought, but a foundation.
Under her leadership, ReViv'd Residential holds itself to the highest standards of safety, quality, and compassionate care — partnering with each resident's physicians, therapists, schools, case managers, and support team to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Too often, residential programs focus narrowly on behavioral management while leaving health, education, and life-skills development to chance. ReViv'd Residential was designed to close those gaps — integrating clinical oversight, trauma-responsive practices, educational advocacy, and structured life-skills programming into a single, cohesive model of care.
